En primer lugar, les agradecemos profundamente por visitarnos, les agradecemos también que nos reconozcan como la única y auténtica Italia Yucateca en Montejo, sin duda ustedes son los que nos dan la vida.
Sentimos mucha pena y mucho dolor por aquellos que perdieron su trabajo, su casa, algunos bienes materiales, quienes se enfermaron y sobre todas las cosas, sentimos muchísimo por quienes se fueron y por sus familias.
Creo que nadie se imaginaba que esta situación pondría a prueba tantas cosas ¿No? “¡Serán sólo quince días!”, “¡Será solo este mes!” y bueno… Ya van dos años.
¡Pero! Creemos firmemente que no hay mal que por bien no venga, que siempre hay una razón para sonreír y que quien actúa con bondad recibe amor. Lo sostenemos y seguimos plenamente enamorados de esto.
Lo mejor sin duda fueron las fechas especiales: San Valentín, Día de muertos, semana santa, la noche del veinticuatro y la excelente noche que será el 31 de diciembre (No olviden que el chef hará una recepción con un menú exclusivo de tres tiempos). Esos días estuvieron llenos de prosperidad para el chef y para todo el equipo.
Lo peor fue ver el sufrimiento, la sensación de no poderles dar un espacio a todos y la tristeza de sentirse perdidos a veces. No todos los días son éxito ¿No? Es importante tener la mirada puesta al frente siempre, muy decididos a hacer lo mejor.
Y les queremos aconsejar que NO SEAN MEDIOCRES, suena duro, pero EL AMOR ES DURO. Luchen por lo que creen, luchen por su familia, por ser más pacientes, por tener una vida espiritual más grande, por terminar la universidad, por poner su negocio, por tener un ascenso, luchen por sus hijos o por su pareja, luchen por sí mismos, luchen por regalarse esa cena que tanto quieren, solamente DA LO MEJOR DE TI MISMO.
La vida no es eterna y pocas cosas son las que trascienden, que el amor sea una de ellas.
